In the role as a Parts/AP Clerk, candidates must order and stock parts for mechanics, perform monthly inventory, transfer parts to other locations, fill out invoices, send reports to corporate, code and stamp invoices then scan to corporate A/P, and answer phone calls. In addition, our candidate will be wearing many hats, being a self-starter who can maintain a steady workflow pace is essential.
-Order and stock parts for mechanics.
